Amine and Mathilde, settled in the Volvestre, after having found this magnificent land (meadow sown ten years ago) well preserved (about ten species of orchids, savory, oregano, hedge of old oaks, elms and sloes…. ) and facing the Pyrenees on a hill of Rieux-Volvestre (one of the most beautiful villages in France).
They are starting their project and want to build this project independently of the banks. They are gradually moving forward with the help of people.
As far as their production is concerned, they have a few open field vegetables (not yet greenhouse), labelled organic, which they sell at the small Saturday morning farmer’s market in Montesquieu-Volvestre.
