In Evecquemont, the mushroom will soon have no more secrets for you! Angel Moioli perpetuates the tradition of mushroom cultivation in his mushroom farm. It is in an old stone quarry of nearly 6 hectares with white and blond button mushrooms, oyster mushrooms and oak lanterns, also known as Shitakés, grow, species for which he has obtained organic certification.

This expansion of production meets a real demand from a growing customers in recent years. Quarries provide mushrooms with everything they need to grow: darkness, humidity, good air circulation and freshness. Entering it is like inhaling the scents of an undergrowth after the rain and autumn. Scents found in mushrooms: their taste and smell are faithful to the environment in which they grow.

Mushrooms are sold to the public every Friday afternoon from 2pm to 5pm and every Saturday from 11am to 12pm.
