Everything here is done on site! Surprising? They cook daily: the sauces with fresh products, as well as desserts, and burger bread. They peel and blanch potatoes, chop their meat, slice their cheeses, dry tomatoes themselves, marinate chicken, and prepare drinks made from fresh citrus fruits…

They chose a French beef, of Charolais breed, strictly bred according to the rules of Organic Agriculture, in Burgundy: natural fodder (without chemical fertilizers), raised in the open air, fed on breast milk as long as possible. This choice for marbled meat with an exceptional taste. They chop different pieces to obtain a perfect fat/muscle mixture before each service.
