So Athanor pizza will make you happy! This address is not located in a trendy Parisian district. A pretty little restaurant in a quiet street in the 20th district of Paris and a chief who willingly shares his passion for pizza.

Its dough made from organic flours, which it ferments for 24 hours, is made only for pizza and baked in the oven to give it an exceptional crispy texture. Its organic ingredients are carefully selected: tomatoes, mozzarella Di Buffala and basil and fresh herbs, superior quality cheeses and deli meats,… Bluffing.

The restaurant

In the heart of the 20th district of Paris, a stone’s throw from the boulevard of Charonne. A restaurant with a simple decoration, few tables that can accommodate a dozen of people. You stay close to Nordine the chief pizzaiolo who will share with you his boundless passion for pizza. Smiles, dialogues, no stingy answers to your questions about their products and their pizzas!

The menu

At Athanor pizza bio, all products are from organic farming (flours, oils, meats, cheeses, oils, vegetables, herbs,…), but everything that is also served around the pizza: Drinks, homemade desserts, salads, sauces, coffees, teas,….. An implacable logic 100% organic. That’s perfect! There is a real desire to offer pizzas made with quality ingredients, carefully selected and guaranteed to be traceable.

We are offered pizzas with homemade sourdough (so without yeast)! The choice is quite wide. Organic pizzas of 26 or 31 cm diameter for the big or small hungry that you can accompany with a salad of the moment. Below you will find a brief summary of the pizzas available at Athanor pizza that will give you a taste of what’s in store for you:

La Margherita à la Bufala: Tomato sauce, mozzarella di bufala, olive oil and basil (The classic, to taste imperatively, just simple and perfect!)

La Quatre Fromages: Tomato sauce, cantal cheese, taleggio cheese, gorgonzola cheese, emmental cheese and parmesan shavings

La Végétarienne: Tomato sauce, onions, peppers, zucchini, aubergines, cantal cheese and emmental cheese mix, sunflower seeds

La Chèvre-Miel: Fresh cream, goat cheese, coriander honey, emmental cheese, cherry tomatoes and walnut

Eggplant: Tomato sauce, eggplants, fresh goat cheese, emmental cheese, tomato and pesto
