It’s good, it’s organic and so fresh. Smart & Bio was created in September 2017 by two enthusiasts who said “stop to junk food”! Sandwich and Junk-food often go together, but not at Smart & Bio. They indeed offer us excellent organic sandwiches (and not only ..) with products of seasons, quality, from suppliers eco-responsible and they especially wanted us to share the time of a meal, their passion of the healthy cooking.
Restaurant
In the center of Levallois (Paris suburb, district 92). Small shop with a dozen seats. The kitchen is open and you can watch your dishes prepare … The reception is perfect. Smiles, personal endorsements, not afraid to answer your questions about their products!
The menu
At Smart & Bio, you can mainly order hot sandwiches and/or salads. Sandwiches are made to order, on site. The customer makes the choice of all the fresh ingredients to put in, even the sauce ! For fresh salads, they are also fully customizable. Yo can choose each ingredient from the seasonal organic vegetables available. You can also add seeds and/or nuts …
From meat eaters to vegans, with or without dairy products, with or without gluten, you can select what you want …
