Saytlia is a small organic farm, which covers about ten hectares, nestled in a still preserved natural setting, about 50km from Rabat.
It is here that Mohamed was born, and it is here that he came back in 2000 to realize his dream: to rehabilitate family lands to plant trees, according to the criteria of agriculture that respects the environment and people. While Irene, at her side, began to “enhance” the value of the farm’s products by preparing sauces and jams.
In 2010, a small group of consumer actors gathered around them, giving an increasingly energetic boost to their activity. This has led them to develop market gardening and, by the same token, to multiply and diversify culinary preparations.
Today Saytlia has become a large family, made up of people who support the project and who sometimes participate actively in the company. A place for the exchange of know-how, ideas and experience. In all simplicity and mutual respect.
