Jean Pierre Bourven is a pioneer in organic market gardening in Ile-de-France, whose farm is located in the Val d’Oise (near Paris), not far from Cergy-Pontoise. He produces many vegetables and some fruits, which, according to the seasons, feed the stalls of the markets where he takes pleasure in presenting them to the consumer.
A vegetable farmer since 1978, Jean-Pierre cultivates, among other things, peas, cucumbers, turnips, on 80 hectares. He has been producing in organic agriculture for more than 10 years, he is a true pioneer in the field. He produces a wide variety of vegetables and wants consumers to return to more responsible consumption habits that are more in tune with nature and the seasons.
