Emmanuel Vandame is based in Villiers le Bâcle, on the Saclay plateau (Paris region). He grows a very high quality organic wheat on his farm (La ferme Vandamne) and processes it directly on the farm into flour and then into bread!

Do not hesitate to visit the bakery which is located in the main square of the village! You will find (among others): plain bread, special breads, flour, cookies, brioche (plain, grape, chocolate, potato…).
