In organic farming since 2001, this farm produces, among other things, wheat of excellent baking quality (contains gluten), sorted, stored and ventilated under the best conditions. They mix 2 varieties to obtain an ideal flour for bread.

Vald’or flour produced on the farm is 100% stone-ground to produce a kiss flour (T80 to T110) to preserve the taste and nutritional qualities of our bread.

At the Budinerie boutique, you can be sure to find quality organic bread and flour, here you are not only a baker but also a farmer and miller.

A flour that guarantees the quality of the many organic breads with natural sourdough, baked in a wood-fired oven: plain bread, walnuts, raisins, pumpkin seeds, flax and poppy seeds, sesame, sunflower and multigrain bread.
