Paul Thierry moved to the family farm in 2007, which he expanded by taking over land certified organic since the late 1970s, increasing from 2 to 5 hectares. He grows a lot of varieties, including atypical varieties such as tetragon or claytone, to vary the contents of the baskets.

In this farm, woofing is also possible. They introduce the principles of permaculture.
